▶ Ayo! I'm KYMERA / CAPPY.I am a 20+ year old self taught and freelance commission artist residing in California. I really enjoy seeing, making and sharing art online. Have been doing art as a hobby for some time and decided to get into freelancing around 2013-2014. I currently hold a fulltime job while doing commission work part-time, but my hope is to someday be able to do freelance work fulltime and practice more animation in the future. ➤ How long have you been drawing?
▶ As far back as 2003 is my earliest memory, but I didn't take it seriously until 2013. Everything I've learned up to so far has been mostly self-taught + a few classes in highschool and college.➤ What tools do you use?
▶ Programs: Clip Studio Paint, Drawpile, Paint Tool SAI
▶ Tablet: Wacom Intuos Art Pen & Touch (Medium)
▶ Streaming: OBS, Touch Portal, VeadoTube Mini, PNGTuber+, Spud Tablet➤ What type of content do you draw?
▶ Hard to specify because I like to draw a lot of different things. (Character Concepts, Monster Designs, Dynamic Posing, etc...) Just basically anything that appeals to my interests.➤ Do you take requests?
▶ Depending on my workload and free time, I may take requests here and there. Do not expect that I will openly take a request if asked to. Usually I will make a post accepting requests/freebies on my own time.

!! Before commissioning me, you MUST read and agree to my terms of service !!
[ General Information ]
▶ You must be 18+ before purchasing a commission.▶ Commissions are not "first come, first serve", so I do reserve the right to decline any commission that I feel isn't up to my comfort level or qualifications - please don't take this personally.▶ Please provide a proper colored reference of characters, posing, background, objects, etc. In-game/3D model references will only be accepted so long as a proper color palette for the image is provided.▶ I will NOT accept text based descriptions, so please provide a collection of images for any character design commissions.▶ Increase of pricing will be discussed prior to starting the commission. This could be due to complex character designs, additional details, demands outside comfort level or commercial usage.▶ Please make sure to specify any and all changes to the commission prior to sending payment. I will only accept 3 changes maximum to be made after payment has been received. (Changes beyond the 3 max will be charged)▶ I will be sending a PNG file of the commission piece upon completion along with any additional files (Example: Transparent, Background, etc). Please notify me prior to how you would like to receive the finished commission piece. (Preferred method: Google Drive Link)
[ Turn-Around Time ]
▶ My turnaround time for commissions can take up to a few days, weeks or even months. I work a full-time job and have many responsibilities outside of commission work so all I ask is to please be patient with me and I will try to get your commission out to you in a timely manner.▶ In any case that you feel you have been waiting on a commission piece for too long then please contact and notify me. I will do my best to get back to you with an update.▶ I do NOT do planned deadlines, so please be mindful of this prior to commissioning me. I will politely have to decline any commission if asked. This is NON-NEGOTIABLE.
[ Payments & Refunds ]
▶ Payments for your commission will be handled through Paypal only (Prices in USD).▶ I will invoice the payment to your preferred Paypal email after you have approved the sketch of your commission piece.▶ I will NOT accept any upfront payments. Please do not ask to send an upfront payment before I've started the commission piece.▶ I reserve the right to drop any commission order and refunding the piece in full. This could mostly be due to physical/mental ailments, personal life problems, or if I feel I cannot complete your piece in a timely manner.▶ Refunds will be decided and agreed upon between both parties, but please do not ask for a refund if I am near completion of your piece.▶ In the event that you require a refund after significant progress has been made to your commission piece, I will be refunding half the original price.▶ Failure to send full payment with no further correspondence after sketch has been completed will result in your slot being deleted from the queue and your name on public blacklist.
[ Commercial Rights ]
Upon receiving your commission, you are allowed to:
✓ Use the commission for personal/social media use. (Icons, Wallpapers, etc.)
✓ Repost the commission with proper credit.
✓ Gift the commission to another person with proper credit.
Upon receiving your commission, you are NOT allowed to:
✗ Claim the artwork as your own.
✗ Heavily trace or reference the piece and claim as your own.
✗ Create merchandise from the piece without prior contact regarding commercial use.***If you'd like to use the design for commercial use (Example: Mascot, PNGtuber/Vtuber, merchandising etc.) please contact me first before commissioning. Discussion of additional fees may occur.

✦ ADOPTABLES ✦
!! Before adopting a design from me, you MUST read and agree to my terms of service !!
[ General Information ]
▶ Must be 18+ if you're purchasing the adopt design for NSFW purposes.▶ All flat-priced designs must be informed to me via DM. First come first serve. If prior interest in adopt designs back out then I will accept the next interested owner in line.▶ All bids must be placed before the designated end time on the adoptable post. (PST / UTC−08)▶ The auction winner must respond within 24 hours after being messaged. Failure to reply will forfeit the adoptable to the next highest bid before them.▶ Co-ownership of an adopt is acceptable, so long as it's agreed upon by all parties.▶ All non-physical traits (Example: personality, age, gender, etc) will be up to the owner once design has been purchased.▶ I will NOT be making changes to the design after purchase. All designs will be sold as posted.▶ Any old art/prior design concepts that are bundled with the design may be used to supplement the adoptable. (Example: Drawing clothing/accessories from concept that are not in the final design.)▶ All purchases are final. NO refunds. NO re-selling the adopt. Adopt designs made by me may be traded for another design.
